LEKË TASI “PERSONA”
In the exhibiton “Persona” curated by Zef Paci, we find at the same time and in a special way the life and works of Lekë Tasi. That period – full of displacement, pressure, and violence – passed along with his doubts regarding his attitudes towards life, but this could not take the smile from his face. With a personal spontaneity leaving the rules behind, the paintings of Lekë Tasi carry a pulsing expressivity and sometimes catch the borders of fantasy placing them between reality and dreams. The Art House showed two cycles, one of paintings and another of collages. On the occasion, there was presented the preview of the documentary “Lekë Tasi” directed by Stefan Çapaliku and Ervin Çoba.
